Car Care Tip: Washer Fluids

Went out this morning to head out and for the 2nd day in a row, found frost on my little SUVs windshield. Brrrr! I love the changing seasons around here - so beautiful in their own way.

Myth #1, There's no difference between washer fluids

Wrong - there is a difference. Summer washer fluid helps keep your windshield bug-free, while winter fluid is designed to clear your windshield of frost in the coldest weather. Having the right formula in each season will keep your glass clear.

So the next time you refill your wiper fluid reservoir, make sure you're using the winter variety of washer fluid and your view ahead will stay clear.
